Two spaces, one project

Fermenstein.com is the editorial entrance: articles, recipes, guides, the story behind the project, and notes on its development.

Fermenstein.app is the working service. Recipe Network belongs there, alongside personal recipes, batches, and fermentation tools. Recipe Network is still in development. Its public browsing and community features will be introduced there when they are ready.

A recipe you can read

Editorial recipes use real page elements: ingredient lists, process steps, measurements, photographs, and useful links. They can be read, selected, searched, and adapted to a smaller screen.

Our shared line for Fermenstein: curious people, patient craft, and something worth sharing in the glass. The original Fermenstein logo stays with us, unchanged, across the journal and the lab.

The journal’s new design is here. Next, we’re continuing work on Recipe Network and the connection between reading a recipe and making your own batch. We’ll share completed product updates here.
